SHIPPING AND RETURNS
What are my shipping choices?
Domestic Shipping. Due to the shipping limitations of living on an island, all items purchased before noon will ship the same day. We ship overnight and 2-day with FedEx and USPS. Items shipped overnight are $45 and 2-Day is $35 and Insurance is included (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional charges). We are not able to ship on weekends or holidays. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Due to COVID-19, some areas are waiving signatures, so it is important someone is available to receive it. We will provide tracking numbers on all shipments.
International Shipping. J. McVeigh jewelry is able to ship internationally using FedEx. J. McVeigh jewelry is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred through the receiving countries’ customs department. Please call us for an international shipping quote.
How will my package arrive?
Rings will arrive in our branded ring boxes and all other items will arrive in our micro-suede pouches unless you request a jewelry box. All jewelry will arrive wrapped in tissue with our logo and seal. If you would like the item to be gift-wrapped, please indicate that in the comment section of the order form.
Here at J. McVeigh Jewelry, we pride ourselves in client relations and satisfaction. We will work with you to find a solution to any issue which might arise.
In-Store Purchases. All items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days for store credit only. All custom orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and are final sales.
Online. We recognize it can be challenging shopping online for one-of-kind and finely crafted jewelry and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will allow you to return your purchase if it is unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, and tags still in place within 72 hours. The exception being custom or special orders, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How do I return a piece of jewelry for a refund?
If you purchase a piece of jewelry online, please contact us within 72 hours and we will email you a return shipping label and packaging instructions. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for the return shipping.
