Award-winning designer and bench jeweler Judi Powers explores her love for flowers, beach pebbles, fine art, and travel in her fine jewelry collection. She aims to work as sustainably as possible and uses Fairmined™, recycled, and ethically sourced precious metals and gemstones to fabricate her work which features her signature Cashmere Finish™.

Judi began studying metalsmithing in 2002 at 92Y and, after 10 years of part-time study there and at SVA and Jewelry Arts Institute, she enrolled in F.I.T.’s renowned jewelry design program. It was at F.I.T. that she studied fine jewelry design with legendary Harry Winston head designer Maurice Galli and developed her signature sculptural style.

Prior to launching her collection in 2013, Judi had a long and successful career as a marketing executive in the book publishing industry. She is a lecturer at Pratt Institute’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies where she teaches branding and marketing for jewelry professionals. She holds an AAS degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Jewelry Design from F.I.T. and a BA in Art History from NYU.
